Willoway generally hires interns for the spring and summer seasons (between the months of March and September). We are flexible with the time frame of your internship, but require at least a 10 week period.

Willoway Nurseries, Inc. Internship Program Requirements

• Declared major in Horticulture or Agriculture related program at a 2-4 year college or university
• Your college program must require an internship or offer it as an optional course for your benefit as a student
• School must have a contact advisor or professor and reporting structure
• Must be interviewed and accepted into the program based on industry knowledge and available positions

Each year , we will hire 2-3 interns. Students are encouraged to apply as early as possible before the spring season.
