MALUS FRUIT - GRAVENSTEIN

Gravenstein apples are prized for their juicy, fine-grained flesh and mildly tart flavor. An excellent apple for making sauce, cider and for baking. Harvest in mid to late summer. This cultivar produces very little pollen. In order to get fruit, a second apple variety must be planted nearby to provide pollen.
