Arkansas Black is a late season apple variety with very dark red fruit that looks almost black. The fruit is harvested in September and October and is an excellent keeper and will store for months. Great for eating and cooking as well as preserves. Requires Pollinator. Plant at least two trees for pollination; however, each additional tree will increase pollination for better fruit production.
