Named for the pretty pink blush covering its yellow skin, this delicious Australian apple tree is wonderfully crisp and crunchy, the first bite is tart, then followed by the perfect amount of sweetness; a late season apple usually ripening in October (200 days to ripen), best pollinators are Granny Smith, Fuji or Gala. Fruit is good for fresh eating and cooking. Fragrant white pink flowers in spring. Prefers well drained soil.
