The upright stems of Golden Oregano are lined with highly fragrant, small, oval leaves that are lime green in shade and bright yellow in sun. In summer, clusters of small pinkish white star flowers appear at the stem tips. Great for herbal uses but just as valuable for its colorful foliage. The leaves can be enjoyed fresh or dried for use in pasta sauce, and on meat, fish and vegetables. Hardy perennial.
