This easy-grown tree can be very productive - partially self-fertile but will produce higher yields with another individual nearby for pollinating.¶It is cold-hardy and frost resistant. Blooms in April to May. The white flowers are followed by small to medium sized fruits. Fruit has a bronze purple to yellow skin with sweet flesh. Tree has a rounded to spreading canopy and upright habit and will do best in slightly acidic, heavy and moist well-drained soil.¶
